Update on 足球竞彩网 Assembly’s Career Services

From the very beginning, 足球竞彩网 Assembly has relentlessly focused on outcomes for our students and graduates, helping individuals all over the globe develop tech skills to redefine their careers and access meaningful, good-paying jobs. 

This commitment to learners was a big reason we joined the Adecco Group six years ago. We knew that, by combining GA¡¯s pioneering approach to training with the Adecco family¡¯s global network of talent solutions, we would have the opportunity to realize new and unparalleled career support pathways.

All of this is why we are excited to announce this next strategic evolution in supporting students¡¯ careers. In partnership with LHH and its Career Resources Network (CRN), we are launching GA¡¯s new Career Services program. This redesigned offering will provide students around the world with significantly expanded access to coaching support, job-readiness resources, and career opportunities. 

With this expanded capability, we¡¯re taking students¡¯ career support to the next level. We¡¯re providing them with region-based opportunities to connect with jobs at companies across the globe and access an expansive online database of webinars, resume optimization support, and LinkedIn Learning courses. Plus, students will now have region-based access to the Digital Talent Exchange ¡ª LHH¡¯s proprietary system that brings together candidates with job openings, generating thousands of candidate-to-job matches.

Our new Career Services program will be available to our students in North America on Monday, April 8, followed by the United Kingdom and Australia on Monday, April 22. Additional regions will follow in the latter half of the year.

We¡¯re incredibly excited about this new phase in 足球竞彩网 Assembly¡¯s approach to career services and what it will mean for the success of both the students and the employer partners we support. We look forward to sharing more student success stories from across the globe as we continue rolling out new innovations that help learners grow their careers. We are eager to continue this journey together.

I couldn¡¯t be more excited to join you as 足球竞彩网 Assembly¡¯s new CEO. The opportunity to lead an organization that empowers people to pursue work they love and supports them in starting and progressing in their careers is a privilege beyond measure.

This is a special company. I have known the brand for years (who hasn¡¯t?), and I have followed with admiration its impact since its inception. Now I get to see it from the inside. With each and every interaction I have had with the team, I have felt the passion to drive positive change, as well as the commitment to our community of strivers, clients, and colleagues.

Under the leadership of Co-Founder Jake Schwartz and then Lisa Lewin, 足球竞彩网 Assembly has built an incredible community of talented, innovative people. 足球竞彩网 Assembly and Tamkeen Partnership Yields 70% Positive Outcome for Graduates

Bahrain ¨C May 2023 ¨C 足球竞彩网 Assembly, a tech bootcamp provider supported by the Labour 足球竞彩网 (Tamkeen) in Bahrain, has reported an impressive 70.1% positive outcome rate for its graduates within 5 months since graduating, which includes job opportunities, freelance work, promotions and starting a business. The high positive outcome rate can be attributed to strategic partnerships with well-known organizations such as Zain Telecom, Bahrain Islamic Bank and HP Spring Studios.

Notably, many of 足球竞彩网 Assembly’s students were offered job opportunities on the spot at a career fair organized in December 2022. Further highlighting the hands-on experience that 足球竞彩网 Assembly provides, its students also participated in pro-bono work with Bahrain-based companies such as The Benefit 足球竞彩网, Beyon Connect, Loyale App, Ordable eCommerce, engaging in diverse user experience (UX) projects. 足球竞彩网 Assembly¡¯s efforts have helped graduates who don¡¯t have technical backgrounds or only have a high school education to secure employment within the tech industry, despite facing various challenges.

NEW YORK, NY ¨C 2/14/23¨C Today, global education provider and career transformation company 足球竞彩网 Assembly (GA) announced a new strategic partnership with Mori Building Co., Ltd ¨C Japan’s leading urban landscape developer ¨C to expand digital skills training to Mori Building workers, residents, and company tenants with the goal of enhancing Tokyo¡¯s overall digital transformation.

The partnership comes at a crucial time as Japan faces a tightening labor market, with some projections estimating the country will be short close to a million digital talent by 2030. Giving Tuesday: FREE On Demand Content for Laid-off Workers

If 2020 taught us anything, it¡¯s that the world changes¡ª fast. Back then, we faced a global pandemic with no real sense of when things would get back to ¡°normal¡±. Workers and employers brought new meaning to the word resiliency. Fast forward to today and we¡¯re in the midst of a once-in-a-generation economic downturn that¡¯s hard to ignore. 

If you¡¯ve logged in to LinkedIn lately, you¡¯ve probably noticed post after post from friends, family, and strangers announcing that they too have been impacted by a downsizing.  In the US alone more than 73,000 workers have been let go in mass job cuts so far in 2022, according to Crunchbase, with more predicted. While recent layoffs have happened en masse, one thing remains true¡ª there is still a shortage of technical workers and skills. A recent Korn Ferry study found that by 2030, more than 85 million jobs could go unfilled because there aren¡¯t enough skilled people to take them.

Remembering Why We Celebrate Pride

With its iconic marches and vibrant colors, Pride is both a time of celebration, as well as a recognition of the Stonewall Rebellion¡¯s anniversary, which birthed the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement. Today ¡ª a world of unrest that echoes the very Stonewall riots that gave us the Pride we know ¡ª is the time to focus on the spirit of that uprising and save the celebrations for another day. 

Marsha P. Johnson, the Black trans woman who catalyzed the Stonewall Rebellion, said it best: ¡°As long as gay people don¡¯t have their rights all across America, there¡¯s no reason for celebration.¡± As protests across the nation respond to systemic police brutality against the Black community, there is a bright, necessary light on violence against People of Color ¡ª including LGBTQ+ People of Color, who experience these injustices differently. 

Today, in the United States: 

  • Data shows that Black people who identify as LGBTQ+ have the highest rates of unemployment, lack of insurance coverage, food insecurity, and income below the poverty level than both non-Black LGBTQ+ people and non-LGBTQ+ Black people.
  • Young LGBT People of Color are at higher risk of homelessness. An estimated 20¨C40% of homeless youth in the U.S. identify as LGBT or believe they may be LGBTQ+. One study found that among homeless youth who identify as gay or lesbian, 44% identified as Black and 26% as Latino. 
  • Black transgender women are disproportionately victims of harassment and violence; last year, there were 26 reported deaths of transgender and gender non-conforming people in the United States caused by acts of violence. Black trans women accounted for the majority of these losses.

The path forward is paved with solidarity. We hope these injustices are rectified soon so that all of us can celebrate and heal ¡ª not just a privileged few. In the meantime, we¡¯re here to support you with resources and workshops focused on LGBTQ+ topics.
